Leigh Peterson
Leigh A. Peterson fancies herself a renaissance woman, having lived in various states making a living in a myriad of exciting ways. She earned a Bachelor's in PR from The University of Akron in 2000. Since then, some of the jobs she's enjoyed include singer & dancer, dressing room coordinator for some of the music industry's most well-known bands, print & promotional modeling, commercial & film acting, magician's assistant, freelance writing, and web marketing and design.
She was previously employed at her local humane society, where she had the sorrow of dispatching humane officers on abuse and neglect calls, and the pleasure of processing adoptions for those same animals.
Today, Leigh is the owner of GoFetchGifts.com - an online gift shop for dogs, cats, and pet lovers. She is also a virtual online assistant specializing in e-marketing. Some of her daily tasks include Wordpress installs, website edits, blog posting, copywriting, and social media updates for businesses across the country.
Leigh is also a professional singer. On any given night, you might find her performing with her band, The Avenue, at one of Northeast Ohio's most upscale hotels and country clubs. For Jerry Bruno Productions, the band's founding agency, Leigh is in charge of website editing and e-marketing.
While in college, Leigh interned at the Rock 'N Roll Hall of Fame. During this time, she worked for 1964...The Tribute, named "World's best Beatles Tribute band" by Rolling Stone Magazine. After college, another internship turned into a job offer when the former Carousel Dinner Theatre created a PR Assistant position for her. At the time, the Carousel was the largest professional dinner theatre in the country.
